At Bytenovas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and refund process. Please review our policy below to ensure that your return or refund request meets the requirements.


1. Return and Refund Eligibility

You may return any eligible items within 30 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Not a customized or personalized product, as these are not eligible for return unless defective.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or washed

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will guide you through the process and may provide you with a return authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Package Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected from damage during shipping. Please include the original receipt or order confirmation with the return.

  4. Shipping: Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we have received and approved the return.

If your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price minus any applicable shipping fees. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the return was due to an error on our part.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@bytenovas.xyz or 267-757-8785. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or exchange for the damaged item at no extra cost. Please retain all packaging materials and take pictures of the damage to expedite the process.


5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
