Domestic Shipping (United States):
We offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Shipping:
We also offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may take 7-14 business days for delivery, depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen.

2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and the shipping destination. You will be able to view the available shipping options and rates before completing your purchase.
Free Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a certain amount within the United States. The minimum purchase required for free shipping will be displayed during checkout.

- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Restricted Countries: Due to shipping carrier limitations, there may be certain countries where we are unable to deliver. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified, and your order will be refunded.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier or the shipping service for assistance. Bytenovas is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as delivered.
8. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@bytenovas.xyz. We will make every effort to accommodate address changes before your order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
